
Shelly M. Espinosa
Shelly’s practice focuses on foreclosures, both judicial and non-judicial, real property title resolution, and mortgage default compliance. Shelly has represented financial institutions and servicers as well as small companies and individual clients with secured interests. Shelly has extensive experience in all aspects of the foreclosure process including responding to disputes, drafting loss mitigation documents, reviewing title documents, aiding financial companies in drafting standard form documents that are compliant with federal rules, regulations, and local laws, as well as landlord tenant issues.
