Paul M. Halliday, Sr.
Paul, Sr. has cultivated the Firm, which was started by his father, into a prominent and well-respected law firm specialized to serve the needs of mortgage servicers. Today, Paul, Sr. serves as Senior Vice President and remains active in the Real Property section of the Utah State Bar. Paul, Sr. is a former member of the Utah Bar Examiners Committee, Utah Rules of Evidence Revision Committee, and National Foreclosure Professionals.
