
Armand J. Howell
Armand’s practice focuses solely on creditor bankruptcy, eviction and foreclosure actions, both judicial and non-judicial. Extensive experience in real property title resolution and mortgage servicing and investor default compliance. Armand has represented major financial institutions and loan servicers as well as smaller banks and individual clients holding security interests. Armand has extensive experience in all aspects secured loan default creditor and title disputes including advising clients in both drafting and reviewing standard documents compliant with federal and state rules and regulations.
